Young Adult Counseling
Being a teenager can be a very difficult time! We all want to know what to do for them, know how to protect them and see them safely to adulthood. Teenagers struggle to form and maintain friendships, overcome anxiety, work through bullying, get along with their parents and discover their own faith.
We can focus on issues that both the teen and parents find problematic. Our specialty is listening to the teen's problems, offering support and helping them build more options to deal with their challenges. We respect confidentiality and make every attempt to get to the heart of the problem as they see it. When needed, we help teens and their parents learn to communicate better and improve relations in the family.
